Communications and Records Supervisor
The Clearlake Police Department has created a new supervisor/management position and is seeking to hire a Communications and Records Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have four years of public safety emergency dispatching in a law enforcement agency. At least one year of experience as a training officer or lead dispatcher is desired.  Experience with the maintenance and processing of police records is preferred.  The candidate should be willing to work nights, weekends and holiday shifts as needed.  The Communications/Records Division is staffed with 6 full-time dispatchers and one dispatcher aide.  The division is responsible for operating the department's 9-1-1 dispatch center.  The dispatchers also perform records management functions for the agency.
